Bite Apps tools such as SafeFIX run entirely in your web browser. The files and text you analyze — FIX logs, data dictionaries, bank statements — are processed on your device and are never sent to us or to anyone else.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, cookies, or user accounts. We do not receive, store or see the content you load into our tools.
Some preferences stay in your own browser's local storage: theme, tool settings, a Pro license key once you activate it, and — if you choose to save them — custom data dictionaries (IndexedDB). You can remove them at any time by clearing site data for biteapps.cc.
When you activate a Pro license, your browser sends the license key and our organization identifier to Polar (api.polar.sh) to confirm the key is valid. No log content or file data is included. Polar's handling of that request is covered by the Polar privacy policy.
Purchases are processed by Polar Software Inc. as Merchant of Record. Polar collects the payment and billing details needed to complete the sale and sends us order information (such as your email address and the product purchased) so we can provide support.
biteapps.cc is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver and protect the site; we do not use this data to track you.
If you email support@biteapps.cc, we use your message and address only to reply. Please do not send production logs or credentials — use SafeFIX's anonymizer first.
