Is Pro a subscription?
No. Each Pro license is a one-time $19 payment for one tool, with all future updates of that tool included. There is nothing to cancel.
Are my files uploaded when I use Pro?
No. Free and Pro run the same way: everything is processed inside your browser. Pro only removes limits. The only network request a Pro user ever makes is the license-key check to Polar when activating, and it contains only the key.
How do I activate Pro?
After checkout, open your Polar customer portal (linked from the receipt email), copy the license key, then open the tool, click Unlock Pro and paste the key under Activate.
Can I use my license on more than one computer?
Yes. Activate the same key in each browser you use for your own work. For a team, email support@biteapps.cc.
Who processes the payment and handles VAT?
Polar (polar.sh) is the Merchant of Record. It processes the card payment, calculates and remits sales tax or VAT, and issues the invoice.
I lost my license key. What do I do?
Sign in to the Polar customer portal with the email you used at checkout to see your key again, or email support@biteapps.cc.
